All patients are seen for an initial consult. At the end of your visit, Dr. Koshorek provides an assessment and recommendations and discusses which package best suits your needs moving forward.

Initial Consult only. If no further neurological work up is needed or Niche Neurology is not a fit for you, assessment and recommendations are given and care is complete with the initial consultation visit.

Monthly membership. Recommended for those with a new or existing diagnosis of a chronic neuroimmune condition. For individuals with unclear diagnosis, a month-to-month membership may be recommended.

On-demand. Pay per visit, best for those without need for long term management or diagnostic testing. Payment is due with each appointment scheduled. At the end of your visit, Dr. Koshorek provides her assessment and recommendations and discusses which package best suits your needs moving forward – Membership or On-demand – pay per visit.
